If after February 1, the ownership of land documents changes after the purchase and sale of land, they will not get benefit under the 'Prime Minister Kisan Adhash Nidhi' scheme for the next 5 years. However, if ownership in land transfer changes in the name of their owners, they will be considered eligible for the scheme.
