Government launches Covid-19 tracking app Aarogya Setu |
This app has been downloaded more than 10 million times within three days.

Because of this you remain alert. The government has launched this app for Android and iOS users simultaneously.
NITI Aayog's program director Arnab Kumar also shared information from his Twitter handle saying that this app has been downloaded more than 80 lakh times in just three days.
This figure is combined with both Android and iOS.
The Aarogya Setu app is available for free on both platforms.
This app also gives you tips on how to avoid coronavirus, in addition to social distancing, it also provides information about frequent hand washing and use of masks.
The app is available in Hindi and English as well as regional languages like Gujarati and Marathi.
If you enable your Bluetooth and location data in the privacy settings of this app, then its data will be shared only by the Government of India.

First of all download and install the Aarogya Setu app from Google Play Store or iOS App Store.
While installing, you will get a choice of 11 different languages along with Hindi and English. You can install this app in the language you want.
Then go to the app information page and tap on Register Now.
It will ask you for permission for GPS and Bluetooth. You proceed by granting permission.
On the next page you will get the option to enter your mobile number. After entering the mobile number you will have OTP. By entering it, you can proceed.
As you proceed, it will enter your risk level through green or yellow color. If you are safe then it will be recorded in green. If the yellow color shows, you are at risk and you will have to contact the helpline.
